Program Overview

Antai Global Corporate Lab Program (Lab) is initiated by Antai College of Economics and Management, Shanghai Jiao Tong University. The Lab program seeks to gather students from Antai and top business schools overseas to tackle real business challenges identified by multinational corporations in China.

Each Lab team consists of 3 selected Antai students and 3 graduate students from top business schools overseas. The team members have mixed local and international backgrounds, and different academic expertise of various disciplines. The students will apply their classroom knowledge and problem solving skills, with advice from Antai faculty supervisors and company leaders, to develop recommendations for partner business corporations.

Program Timeline

Week 1 - 2
- · Lab team members gather in Shanghai
- · Meet with Company Leaders and Antai Supervisors
- · Field Work On-Site
Week 3*- 6
- · Lab Teams work together remotely to solve the business challenges
- · Discussions regularly with Company Leaders and Antai Supervisors
Week 7
- · Lab Teams submit final Paper
- · Make a presentation via video conference to company leaders

* Overseas team members can optionally stay in Shanghai till Week 3.
